(ENG) Self-Love WIth Selfties: Solo-Bondage with Sarah

Format: Continuous course with practical exercises and theoretical input (live online workshop)

Audience: Beginners & people who already have some experience with rope

Minimum knowledge: none

What to prepare: 2-3 ropes (8 m length and 5-6 mm in diameter) / a Zoom-Zoom-access and Internet

What you will learn: Essential knots and ties in Shibari to be able to tie on the floor as well as in semi-suspension (contents will vary, depending on the workshop) and even to design and implement your own ties. You will learn to feel and assess how your safety is, how you can move in ropes and adapt positions and what techniques you can use to get out of your own head and into the body and towards a state of presence and surrender.
