BONDAGE for Beginners

More than shackles: Feelings play an important role in Shibari (-Bondage). Whether loss of control, closeness, presence, devotion or playfulness - the aspects of personal and shared experience are as diverse as they are multifaceted. This workshop teaches you the basic techniques of secure, sensual restraint . You will learn what good communication looks like in and around a session and how the captivating can create an intense game with just a few knots , which enables deep, emotional access to the restraint, to oneself and to the partner . In addition, the role and experience of the devotee is also highlighted. In the workshop, short inputs, an exchange of experiences and moments of detailed, practical practice alternate.

Course content:

1. Introduction: what is Shibari? What do you need for that?
2. Material science: What materials are there and what are they suitable for?
3. Safety First: What are the risks and how can a safe game be designed?
4. Getting started: The most important knots and basic techniques including the first example ties
5. That's what she / he said: Positive communication with the partner
6. Open questions and solutions; free bondage round

2. For the workshop you need approx. 3 natural fiber ropes of 8 meters each, which you have to bring with you

Dress code

Please bring comfortable, light clothing for the workshop.

The people who are tied up should wear tight-fitting clothing and avoid zippers, bra hangers or the like.

Registration

A partner is required for this event! So we prefer to register in pairs. For individuals, we try to find a solution in individual consultation. The workshop takes place taking into account the current ordinance on measures to contain the coronavirus in Saxony-Anhalt.
